Responsibilities

• Draft correspondence, memoranda, meeting minutes, reports and bi-monthly newsletters.
• Interface with all levels of staff, external vendors, Partnership volunteers and others.
• Maintain and update media and volunteer contact databases, various essential reports and PowerPoint presentations.
• Schedule internal and external meetings and appointments, make travel arrangements and prepare business trip itineraries.

Qualifications

This position will be an A/P back-up and input A/P batches when needed, run monthly statistics journal entry upload and complete special ad hoc projects as assigned by department management.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years administrative assistant experience preferably in a financial environment. Must have excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a strong attention to detail is required. Must display high level of proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
