Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to Director and Assistant Controller in the Facilities Finance division. Responsibilities include phone coverage, calendar maintenance, typing memos and letter correspondence, gathering meeting presentation materials, maintaining expense reports, and tracking departmental time off schedules. Prepare and distribute financial reporting packages and binders including monthly P & L packages, balance sheet binders, annual/quarterly budgets and forecasts and capital fixed assets. Assist the accounting department with month end closing process and prepare Microsoft Excel schedules to assist with the reporting process. This position will be an A/P back-up and input A/P batches when needed, run monthly statistics journal entry upload and complete special ad hoc projects as assigned by department management.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years administrative assistant experience preferably in a financial environment. Must have excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a strong attention to detail is required. Must display high level of proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
