ABC Needs Executive Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Buena Vista Television seeks a career Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President, Programming & Development.

The ideal candidate will have entertainment professional experience and have a minimum of 2-3 years supporting a high level executive or similar business oriented environment required.

Responsibilities include: Provide full administrative support and manage the day-to-day operations.

*Experienced candidate with demonstrated interest in entertainment, talk shows, current events, comedy, reality and game shows.

*Interest in watching a lot of TV and possess knowledge of syndicated shows and understand marketplace.

*Research and strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, OutLook and PowerPoint) and MAC

*Eye for talent and strong interest in development and good instincts.

*Creative problem solver and forward thinking.

*Coordinate event calendar.

*Ability to handle high sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

*Ability to work professionally and with a positive attitude in a high pressure fast paced environment.

*Proven ability to prioritize and be flexible.
