In 1947, Ahmet Ertegun and Herb Abramson started an independent jazz and R&B label in New York City, which they named Atlantic Records. POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge and experience with the mobile and interactive culture--
Thirst for new technology
New Media experience
Understanding of mobile / wireless platforms
Ability to plan and execute creative interactive campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to write and edit one-to-one marketing copy
Ability to track, analyze and present data
Ability to set and communicate goals and project updates
Ability to innovate in a collaborative environment
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Self-starter/consummate team player / multi-tasker!

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

- Create and build campaigns designed to maximize brand awareness and build wireless communities

- Oversee day-to-day management of grassroots, interactive campaigns

- Identify new opportunities to promote artists across the wireless platform

- Identify new ways to build artist communities; drive and retain membership

- Oversee the design, approval and testing of interactive marketing tools

- Project-manage campaigns from start-to-finish

- Track and communicate results to senior management

- Assist senior management with campaign proposals


REQUIREMENTS

Education: B.A. required (Marketing, Media, Business, Culture)
Minimum 2 years relevant business experience (new media, entertainment, marketing)
